Our concept is very simple: 100% of our beans are single origin Nicaraguan. The changes are subtle differences shown in the cup because of the roasting process producing medium through darker roasts. Like other Central American beans ours are medium bodied in character and differentiated by their specific roasts. Roasting profiles have been painstakingly crafted to bring out the best characteristics of the beans.
